“Korean consumers think that only something that is expensive is good.”
“Is there anything left?”
“I don’t think it’s possible.”
“Why sell it cheap when you can make more profit?”
This is what I heard the most while preparing Frankley.
But,
‘Frankly’ still came out into the world despite much concern (and disregard) from those around us.

Thanks to the support and love of our customers, Frankly is growing rapidly by continuously launching new products.
But maybe the concerns of those around us were right.
Why?
Because it's so hard.
Is Frankley’s goal of ‘delivering better products than competitors at a reasonable price’ as impossible as people around us fear?
Even many customers who support Frankly are worried about us.
Customer P: “Thank you for the great product. Please, don't dissapear ㅠㅜ”
Customer A: “It’s okay to raise the price a little. I’ll buy it even if the price goes up… ”
Customer C: “Frankly... I’m worried because you're selling it too cheaply.”
Yes, that's right. I, too, am worried about Frankly.
Frankly's margins are extremely low compared to other brands, so it cannot quickly expand new products or use celebrities for marketing. Because of this, it is difficult to introduce Frankly to many people. Team Frankly (the team of employees who run Frankly) is fighting for its life.

These days, as external factors such as rising prices, rising labor costs, and rising raw materials prices, caused by war, the situation becomes even more difficult.
And the only reason Team Frankly holds up and promotes our brand actively is
because of our goal to make the skincare market transparent and to ‘Deliver better products than competitors at a reasonable price so that anyone can easily use them’ and to make the cosmetics market transparent.
As a brand created to achieve this wonderful goal, we know that the customers who use and support Frankly are also very cool and smart people. (Frankley receives a lot of support from active communication with customers. Chat consultations from real researchers that do not exist in most other brands, periodic surveys, 1:1 inquiries, delivery of Frankley brochures upon purchase, blogs, etc.)

In my first post, I wanted to say thank you to our wonderful customers.
Frankly will continue to reach its goal with our wonderful customers.

I chose the pen name ‘Redbeard’ because my beard had a nice, natural red color.
Although I am Korean ^^;
Thanks to the love of many people for Frankly, I was given the opportunity to write this article.
