Retinol (Vitamin A)

Retinol is renowned as one of the most effective anti-aging ingredients in the world of cosmetics.

Numerous studies have demonstrated its ability to not only reduce wrinkles but also minimize pores, address skin issues, and improve overall skin tone.

Retinol makes your skin sensitive to sunlight, so it's best to use it at night and wear sunscreen during the day.

Pure retinol can be harsh on the skin, especially if you're new to it. Start with weaker products, like 0.1%. If your skin is sensitive, consider using retinol alternatives, which are milder but less effective. Begin by using it every other day for about two weeks to let your skin adjust, and gradually increase the amount.

You can use retinol with vitamin C and AHA for even better results, but they might make your skin tingle. If you're new to retinol or have sensitive skin, it's a good idea to avoid using all three together.

📌 Suggestions: Wrinkle care, Enhancing skin elasticity, Anti-aging, Pore care, Dark spot care

📌 Best with: Vitamin E (fine lines), Adenosine (wrinkle care), Peptides (skin firming)
📌 Avoid combining with: If you have sensitive skin, avoid vitamin C and AHA.
